The "Clothes For Mandingoes" Program
"Clothes For Mandingoes" is an innovative, community-based program with the mission to provide new and like-new, and old clothing and shoes to the Liberians Mandingoes who have lost everything during the war.

According to our staff in Liberia, thank all mighty God that the UN (and other NGOs) sponsored food programs are getting to the population. However, these people need to start their lives over. Many had their houses burnt and therefore lost all their clothes. With this program, we are trying to get that worry out of their mind, build up their self-esteem so they can concentrate on rebuilding their lives.

The program is targeting 1000 items including bed sheets, birthday images shirts, shocks, shoes, jeans, pants etc. The shipment will be leaving our headquarters in Atlanta on or about the 30th of October.

Before even the launch of the program, we had pledges (and actual donations) from the Malinkes, Foulah and other Atlanta-based Associations. However, we need more.

WE NEED YOUR HELP. Many people have lost their lives for our FREEDOM. Let’s help them by being grateful and help them.

All donations of clothes and money can be sent to:
